Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
Topping
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into baking dish and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling and smooth gently.
  6. Refrigerate 2–3 hours or until set before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best slicing and flavor.
