- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and butter a baking dish.
- Arrange brioche cubes evenly in the dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour custard over bread and let soak 15–20 minutes.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
- Prepare caramel sauce by melting sugar, then adding butter and cream.
- Drizzle warm caramel sauce over bread pudding before serving.
