Ingredients
  

Banana Chips
  • 3 bananas firm ripe
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Slice bananas into thin, even rounds.
  3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Brush banana slices lightly with melted coconut oil.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Arrange slices in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Cool completely on wire rack before storing.

Notes

Slice bananas evenly for consistent crisping. Chips continue to harden as they cool.
