- Slice bananas into thin, even rounds.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
- Lightly coat banana slices with oil spray if using.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over banana slices.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer.
- Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Lower temperature and cook until crisp. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Banana chips crisp further as they cool. Store airtight.
