Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas ripe but firm
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp oil spray optional

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Knife or mandoline

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas into thin, even rounds.
  2. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Lightly coat banana slices with oil spray if using.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly over banana slices.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Arrange banana slices in a single layer.
  7. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Lower temperature and cook until crisp. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Banana chips crisp further as they cool. Store airtight.
