Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a springform pan.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Blend in sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth top.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until set with a slight center jiggle.
- Cool gradually, then chill at least 6 hours before serving.
Notes
Decorate with whipped cream and crushed candy canes just before serving.
