Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a springform pan.
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  5. Blend in sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla.
  6. Pour filling over crust and smooth top.
  7. Bake 55–65 minutes until set with a slight center jiggle.
  8. Cool gradually, then chill at least 6 hours before serving.

Notes

Decorate with whipped cream and crushed candy canes just before serving.
