- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Whisk eggs and sugars together in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add oil, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
- Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Divide batter into muffin cups.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until set.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
Do not squeeze zucchini for best moisture.
