Method
- Whisk together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices in a bowl.
- Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Marinate at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil.
- Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Rest chicken 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Serve in pita or bowls with desired toppings and sauce.
Notes
Marinating overnight gives the best flavor. Serve with garlic sauce or yogurt sauce.
