- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk soup, sour cream, milk, and seasonings until smooth.
- Stir in cooked rice and chicken until evenly coated.
- Fold in broccoli and half of the cheese.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add a splash of milk when reheating to maintain creaminess.
