Method
- Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mash avocado with a pinch of salt and lemon juice if desired.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
- Spread avocado on bread slices, layer chicken and cheese, and close sandwiches.
- Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side until bread is golden and cheese melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Use ripe avocados and low-medium heat for the best melt.
