Method
- Marinate sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and pepper for 10–15 minutes.
- Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chicken broth.
- Stir fry broccoli in oil for 2–3 minutes and remove.
- Cook chicken until nearly done.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook briefly.
- Return broccoli and pour in sauce.
- Add cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
Slice chicken thinly and cook over high heat for best results.
