Method
- Simmer cherries and sugar for 5–7 minutes until soft and juicy.
- Mash and simmer 3–5 more minutes, then strain syrup and cool.
- Brew Earl Grey tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes.
- Add cherry syrup to brewed tea and stir.
- For hot version: heat milk, froth, and pour into tea.
- For iced version: cool tea, pour over ice, add milk, and stir.
