- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Blanch vegetables briefly and drain well.
- Melt butter in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic.
- Stir in flour, then slowly whisk in milk until thickened.
- Add cheese and seasonings, stir until melted.
- Fold vegetables into sauce and transfer to dish.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
