Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Steak
  • 1 large cauliflower head
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Trim cauliflower and slice into thick steaks through the core.
  3. Brush steaks with olive oil and season evenly.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, flip, and roast 10 more minutes.
  5. Top with cheese and bake until melted and golden.

Notes

For extra crisp edges, broil for 1–2 minutes after adding cheese.
