- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Trim cauliflower and slice into thick steaks through the core.
- Brush steaks with olive oil and season evenly.
- Roast for 20 minutes, flip, and roast 10 more minutes.
- Top with cheese and bake until melted and golden.
Notes
For extra crisp edges, broil for 1–2 minutes after adding cheese.
