  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb potatoes diced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook potatoes in skillet until lightly golden.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
  3. Season, add broth, simmer until potatoes are tender.
