- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter until smooth. Mix in cheese, jalapeños, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Chill dough for 30–40 minutes, then roll and cut.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until lightly golden. Cool on wire rack.
