Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Cheese Sauce
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 flour tortillas large

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Season sliced chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in a hot skillet until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  4. Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  5. Stir in shredded cheeses until melted.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Warm tortillas and fill with cheesy garlic chicken mixture.
  8. Wrap tightly and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crisp wraps, toast assembled wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
