- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix whole corn and creamed corn.
- Add butter, sour cream, milk, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in cheeses, reserving some for topping.
- Season and gently mix in flour until combined.
- Pour into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
- Rest 10 minutes before serving.
