- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken and cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic briefly.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk, whisking until thickened.
- Stir in cheeses until smooth.
- Return chicken and pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
