Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Lightly steam broccoli until bright green.
- Mix rice, chicken, broccoli, soup, milk, butter, seasonings, and most of the cheese.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
