Method
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Add broccoli during last 2–3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and milk, simmer gently.
- Stir in cheeses until smooth and creamy.
- Toss pasta and broccoli with sauce. Season and serve.
Notes
Add a splash of pasta water if sauce thickens too much.
