  • 1 cup cottage cheese
Buffalo Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 3-4 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 cup celery sliced
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add cooked chicken.
  2. Stir in buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat until warmed through.
  3. Spoon cottage cheese into serving bowls.
  4. Top cottage cheese with warm buffalo chicken.
  5. Add celery and green onions, then serve immediately.

Notes

Blend cottage cheese for a smoother texture if desired.
