Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough cut into quarters
  • 1.5 cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add pizza sauce, seasoning, and garlic powder; toss to coat.
  4. Fold in pepperoni and half the cheese.
  5. Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
