- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan until smooth.
- Add garlic, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Fold in half of the tomatoes and basil.
- Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Top with remaining tomatoes, basil, olive oil, and balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
Drain tomatoes well to prevent excess moisture.
