Ingredients
  

Cheese Base
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan until smooth.
  2. Add garlic, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  3. Fold in half of the tomatoes and basil.
  4. Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  6. Top with remaining tomatoes, basil, olive oil, and balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

Drain tomatoes well to prevent excess moisture.
