Ingredients
  

Jam Base
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp culinary dried lavender

Method
 

  1. Add blueberries to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until juices release.
  2. Stir in honey, lemon juice, and lavender.
  3. Simmer gently for 20–25 minutes, stirring often, until thickened.
  4. Cool slightly and transfer to clean jars.

Notes

Use culinary-grade lavender only. Adjust sweetness to taste.
