Ingredients
  

Sandwich
  • 4 slices bread thick cut
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or jam
  • 4 slices cheese brie, mozzarella, or cheddar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer cheese and blueberries between bread slices, butter side out.
  3. Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden and cheese melts.
  4. Flip carefully and toast the other side.
  5. Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Use low heat for best melt and balance sweetness carefully.
