- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or a wire rack.
- Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a large bowl and let soak briefly.
- Add ground beef, egg, cheese, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
- Gently mix until just combined.
- Roll mixture into evenly sized meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Rest briefly before serving.
