Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon fillets dry. Rub with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place salmon on prepared sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through but still moist.
- While salmon bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Brush baked salmon generously with Bang Bang sauce. Optional: return to oven for 2–3 minutes to slightly caramelize.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, cilantro or green onions, and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
Adjust sriracha for spiciness. Can be made ahead and stored in fridge for 1-2 days.
