Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • smoked paprika or cayenne optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Brush or spoon for sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry. Rub with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place salmon on prepared sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through but still moist.
  4. While salmon bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
  5. Brush baked salmon generously with Bang Bang sauce. Optional: return to oven for 2–3 minutes to slightly caramelize.
  6. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, cilantro or green onions, and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

Adjust sriracha for spiciness. Can be made ahead and stored in fridge for 1-2 days.
