Banana Cake
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
Cheesecake Layer
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sugar
Frosting
  • 0.75 cup cookie butter

Method
 

  1. Bake cheesecake layer and chill completely.
  2. Prepare banana cake batter and bake layers.
