Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 1.5 kg baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Cheese
  • 200 g feta cheese block

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut potatoes and toss with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and place feta in the center.
  4. Roast for 40–45 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway.
  5. Gently break feta, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with lemon wedges for extra freshness.
