Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 1 kg baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 block feta cheese full-fat

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line a baking dish.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes in the baking dish and place feta block in the center.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, stirring once halfway.
  5. Mash feta slightly, toss with potatoes, and serve hot.

Notes

Add fresh herbs and lemon juice before serving for extra flavor.
