Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 lbs chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes or panko
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
Hot Honey Glaze
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare baking sheet with rack.
  2. Set up flour, egg, and breadcrumb stations.
  3. Coat chicken in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Warm glaze ingredients until combined.
  6. Drizzle hot honey over chicken before serving.

Notes

Adjust spice level to preference. Best served immediately for maximum crunch.
