Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, jalapeños, and seasonings.
- Lay an eggroll wrapper in a diamond shape and add filling to the center.
- Fold bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, and roll tightly. Seal edge with water.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep skillet or pot.
- Fry eggrolls in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on a wire rack and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
Eggrolls can be baked or air fried for a lighter version.
