Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and diced
  • 0.5 cup lime juice fresh
  • 2 avocados diced
  • 0.5 cup red onion diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • 0.25 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Marinate shrimp in lime juice for 15–20 minutes until opaque.
  2. Drain excess juice and add vegetables and herbs.
