Ingredients
  

Fries
  • 2 large sweet potatoes cut into 1/4-inch sticks
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into even sticks.
  3. Optional: Soak fries in cold water 30–60 minutes, then dry thoroughly.
  4. Toss fries with cornstarch until lightly coated.
  5. Add olive oil and seasonings, mixing well.
  6. Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Serve immediately for best crispiness.

Notes

For extra crispiness, increase temperature to 400°F for the last 2–3 minutes.
