Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 3 medium potatoes Yukon Gold or Russet
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice potatoes into 1/8–1/4 inch rounds.
  2. Optional: soak slices in cold water for 20 minutes, then dry completely.
  3. Toss potato slices with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Arrange slices in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Air fry 14–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  7. Serve immediately with optional herbs or dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and serve immediately.
