Method
- Wash and slice potatoes into 1/8–1/4 inch rounds.
- Optional: soak slices in cold water for 20 minutes, then dry completely.
- Toss potato slices with olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry 14–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately with optional herbs or dipping sauce.
