Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz salmon cooked or canned
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp onion finely diced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Air fryer
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Flake salmon into a bowl and remove skin or bones.
  2. Mix in breadcrumbs, egg, mayo, onion, herbs, and seasonings.
  3. Form mixture into patties.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  5. Air fry patties for 8 minutes, flip, then cook 5–7 more minutes.

Notes

Serve with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.
