- Flake salmon into a bowl and remove skin or bones.
- Mix in breadcrumbs, egg, mayo, onion, herbs, and seasonings.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Air fry patties for 8 minutes, flip, then cook 5–7 more minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.
