Ingredients
  

Mushrooms
  • 12 oz white or cremini mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove dirt. Trim stems if needed.
  2. Toss mushrooms with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Check mushrooms for doneness; they should be golden and crispy on edges and tender inside.
  6. Transfer mushrooms to a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste. Variations include adding cheese or spice.
