Method
- Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove dirt. Trim stems if needed.
- Toss mushrooms with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check mushrooms for doneness; they should be golden and crispy on edges and tender inside.
- Transfer mushrooms to a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
