Ingredients
  

Dough & Filling
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mini pepperoni
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce thick
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese optional

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Rolling Pin
  • Pastry brush
  • Fork

Method
 

  1. Roll out pizza dough and cut into small rectangles.
  2. Add marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni to center of each rectangle.
  3. Fold dough over filling and seal edges with fork.
  4. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle seasoning.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

Do not overfill to prevent leaking. Cook in batches for even crisping.
