Ingredients
  

Pickles
  • 2 cups dill pickle chips patted dry
Breading
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat pickle chips completely dry with paper towels.
  3. Prepare three bowls: seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each pickle in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Lightly spray with oil and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
