Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat pickle chips completely dry with paper towels.
- Prepare three bowls: seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each pickle in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Arrange pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray with oil and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
