- Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- Mix baking powder and spices in a bowl and toss wings to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip wings, then cook another 8–10 minutes until crispy.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best crispiness.
