Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings
  • 2 lb chicken wings drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder aluminum-free
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

  • Mixing bowl
  • Paper towels

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix baking powder and spices in a bowl and toss wings to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flip wings, then cook another 8–10 minutes until crispy.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best crispiness.
