  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and coat with olive oil.
  3. Mix spices and season chicken evenly.
  4. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook 8–10 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–8 minutes.
  6. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
