Dough
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese low moisture
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup almond flour fine blanched
  • 1 egg large

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in the microwave until smooth.
  3. Stir almond flour into the melted cheese mixture.
  4. Add egg and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Roll dough between parchment paper into a pizza crust shape.
  6. Bake crust for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Add toppings if desired and bake 5–7 more minutes.

Notes

For best texture, use low-moisture mozzarella and mix while warm.
