- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in the microwave until smooth.
- Stir almond flour into the melted cheese mixture.
- Add egg and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll dough between parchment paper into a pizza crust shape.
- Bake crust for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Add toppings if desired and bake 5–7 more minutes.

For best texture, use low-moisture mozzarella and mix while warm.
