Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Divide dough into three bowls. Leave one plain, mix strawberry powder and milk into second, matcha and milk into third.
- Form tri-color dough portions and gently shape into cookies.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set. Cool on wire rack.
Notes
Do not overbake to maintain soft centers and vibrant colors.
