Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1.5 cups plain yogurt Greek or full-fat
  • 1.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and set aside.
  2. Mix yogurt and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Coat chicken fully in the yogurt mixture.
  4. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Cook chicken in a skillet, oven, or grill until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add garlic powder or spices without increasing complexity.
