Ingredients
  

Coconut Mixture
  • 2.5 cups shredded coconut
  • 0.75 cup sweetened condensed milk
Coating
  • 1 cup chocolate melted

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  2. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  4. Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  5. Return to baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate is set.

Notes

Use dark, milk, or semi-sweet chocolate depending on preference.
