  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs large

Method
 

  1. Add bananas, oats, and eggs to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the pan.
  5. Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.
  6. Cook another 1–2 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Serve warm with desired toppings.

Notes
