- Add bananas, oats, and eggs to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the pan.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.
- Cook another 1–2 minutes until golden and set.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
Notes
