Ingredients
  

Bagel Dough
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt thick
  • 1 tsp baking powder only if not using self-rising flour

  • Air fryer

Method
 

  1. Mix flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until a dough forms.
  2. Knead lightly until smooth, then divide into equal portions.
  3. Shape dough into bagels and preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place bagels in greased air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.

Notes

For gluten-free bagels, use a gluten-free flour blend with xanthan gum.
