- Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and spices in a shallow bowl.
- Brush fish lightly with olive oil.
- Coat fish evenly with parmesan crumb mixture.
- Cook in a hot non-stick pan for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.

Best served fresh with lemon wedges.
