- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- Add roasted red peppers and warm through.
- Blend the mixture until completely smooth.

- Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Toss with cooked pasta, loosening with pasta water if needed.

Add pasta water gradually to adjust sauce consistency.
