  • 3 links chicken sausage fully cooked, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 0.5 cup red onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine sliced chicken sausage and vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with spices. Toss well.
  4. Place mixture in air fryer basket in an even layer.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with optional garnish.
